Why Should Your Try Bone Broth Fast?
You should consider fasting with bone broth because it offers a multitude of health benefits. Here are several of them.
1. Promotes Good Digestive Health
As your stomach digests this food alone, it can concentrate on healing your gut and restoring its good health using collagen and amino acids, and even glutamine.
Collagen helps relax and heal your intestinal walls and can help heal leaky gut syndrome, IBS, and stomach ulcers. When it breaks down, it forms a gelatin which is recognized to aid people with food allergies.
2. Improves the Appearance of Your Skin
Another reason why should fast with bone broth is it makes your skin look good. The collagen found in bone broth can make your skin look elastic, smooth, and younger-looking by building tissues around it. The anti-aging effects of collagen are confirmed in a study whereby results show that collagen intake helps hydrate the skin.
3. Relieves Joint Pains
Bone broth contains antioxidants, like glucosamine which helps to relieve joint pains. This antioxidant may even alleviate the pain from knee osteoarthritis. This works by maintaining the health of your cartilage- the elastic tissue that protects the joints.
