Why Ceramic Cookware doesn’t work with induction stoves?
In order to know why ceramic cookware won’t work with induction stoves, you must understand the basic principles of how an induction stove works.
An induction cooktop uses a process called electromagnetic induction to heat up your cookware. In the electromagnetic process, an electric current is generated in a coil of copper wire that is placed under the cooktop surface.
